Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment to allow time for check-in and preparation for your treatment.

A $50 deposit (or up to 100% of the service cost for select services) is required to reserve appointments not booked with a package or voucher and will be applied to your service.

To ensure every guest receives our full attention, we see clients by appointment only. While we are unable to accommodate walk-ins or guarantee earlier appointment times, we look forward to welcoming you at your scheduled appointment.

We understand that unexpected delays can happen. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened, adjusted, or rescheduled to ensure we remain on schedule for all guests. We appreciate your understanding and recommend allowing extra time for traffic and parking.

For the safety and privacy of all guests, children must be 12 years of age or older to remain in the reception area and are not permitted in treatment rooms. If appropriate childcare is unavailable, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment.

Service animals are welcome. Pets and emotional support animals are not permitted in the spa.

If you require accommodations or assistance due to a disability, please let us know when scheduling your appointment so we can best prepare for your visit.

• We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

• Appointments canceled or rescheduled 24 hours or more in advance will receive a full clinic credit toward a future appointment.

• Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be considered a late cancellation/no-show.

• Deposits are non-refundable and will be applied to late cancellations or no-show appointments.

• If no deposit was collected, a $50 late cancellation/no-show fee must be paid before scheduling another appointment.

• Appointments booked with a voucher will result in the voucher being redeemed, plus a $50 late cancellation/no-show fee before future appointments can be scheduled.

• Missed appointments using a service package may result in the forfeiture of that scheduled treatment.

Elevated by Design accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Venmo, and CareCredit.

CareCredit may be used for qualifying purchases with a minimum of $1,000 and cannot be applied to promotional or discounted services.

Gratuities are not accepted for medical services. For esthetician services, gratuities are appreciated but never expected.
